This program is offered by application-only because I need to determine whether we’re the right fit to achieve the results you want.

We begin with a one-on-one video call where you’ll share exactly where your business / career is at, the challenges you are currently facing and your goals for the future.
Our first session is designed to uncover where you are now, identify performance gaps and provide a baseline for your personalised plan moving forward.
From our initial session I will create a blueprint that identifies opportunities, skillset gaps and strategies for you to implement in your business and day-to-day operations that help improve career performance and move you toward your goals. Allow 3-4 weeks to receive your personalised Business + Career Blueprint.

Once your Blueprint is finalised and we have mapped a clear path forward, we will meet once a week for 30 minutes via phone or video call for tailored coaching sessions and guidance on how to go about implementing the recommendations.

We will continue to meet weekly for one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions that align with the implementation steps and give you the confidence to close the skillset gaps that are holding you back from where you want to be.
