My real estate career changed the trajectory of my life.
Founding my own independent buyer’s agency opened the door to working alongside highly accomplished individuals — men and women navigating complex, high-stakes decisions where trust, discernment and strategic guidance matter deeply.
When people seek your counsel during some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, you learn quickly that technical expertise alone is not enough. Pressure reveals everything. Your composure. Your standards. Your emotional discipline. Your ability to lead with clarity when others cannot.
These environments taught me profound lessons about negotiation, human behaviour, influence and the importance of self-mastery. I began to understand how deeply our internal world shapes our external outcomes — and how personal power, when intentionally cultivated, can transform the way we lead, earn, communicate and move through life.
The WENDYRUSSELL Institute exists to inspire women to reclaim their power.
My programs help women embody quiet authority, develop high-value self-concept, and move through the world with confidence and self-possession.
This work is not theory to me. It is the result of two decades of lived experience, professional exposure, personal evolution and inner work.
Cultivating inner authority changed my life in ways I never expected.
